What this is
Most coaching starts from a blank page: what do you want, what's stopping you. This one starts from a map. Your Bazi chart says what kind of terrain you're built for and what season your career is in right now — building years, visibility years, structure-and-title years, pressure years. Coaching is the step the chart cannot take: given that terrain, what do you actually do about the offer, the switch, the business, the negotiation, the timing?
One session, one decision. You bring something real — a job offer, a career change you keep postponing, a business at a fork, a conversation you need to have — and we work it until you know your next three moves. Not a lecture about your chart. A working session that happens to be better-informed than most.
If you don't have a chart or don't care for one, that's fine too. The coaching stands on its own; the chart sharpens it. Master Yuan is a certified professional coach first — the metaphysics is an instrument, not a requirement.
What a session looks like
Before.
Book through the site; the intake form collects your birth date, time and place (optional, but recommended). Master Yuan casts and studies your chart before you arrive — no session time is spent plotting.
The hour.
Five minutes on where you are. Ten on what the chart says about the season you're in — in plain English, the same layer the free Luck Cycle Navigator shows, plus the parts a tool can't weigh: combinations, clashes, the annual pillar over this year. The remaining time is coaching proper: the decision, the options you haven't priced, the trade-offs you're avoiding, and what to do first.
After.
You leave with the decision made or the path to it named — concrete next steps, and the timing worth respecting (if a date matters, the date checker and a proper date selection can follow).

No. Charts can be cast with a noon convention when the hour is unknown, and the luck-cycle sequence is unaffected. For pure coaching, no birth details are needed at all.
